FAQ

1. What’s your MOQ?
Low quantity for your trial order is acceptable, around 100pcs or so, price based of these trial order based on the quantity required, basically lower the quantity, the higher the price. We are in the hope of big order after your checking our quality and feeling our service.
2.What is your trade term and payment term?
Trade term of FOB, CFR, C&F, CIF. Normally payment term T/T, if you want different payment term, please talk with us about the details.
3.Can I get samples? How long will it take to get samples?
Of course, after details confirmed, delivery time is around 7~10days, it's depend on your requirement on the desings and material.
4.What file format is needed for printing?
JPG, AI, CDR and PDF are all ok. And we have our own designers in house, thousands of designs for your option if needed.
6.How long is the lead time of the production?
If ship by full containers, normally around 10~30days, if it's peak season, about 40days after everything confirmed, talk with our people to know details.
